Personal data (first name, last name, email address, billing information, IP address, and unique Hardware Identifier [HWID]) is processed by the Seller acting as Data Controller in full compliance with GDPR Article 13 and KVKK Article 10.

Data is processed for the establishment and performance of distance contracts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)), software license security, anti-tamper, fraud and chargeback prevention (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest), and compliance with tax and cybercrime legislation (Law No. 5651, TCC, TPC).

When the user executes the activation link, unique device HWID parameters are registered on the server. If payment is not completed, temporary user records are deleted while the hardware fingerprint is retained in the security database to prevent fraud and unauthorized re-registrations.

Only strictly necessary technical cookies required for session security, license handshakes, and baseline performance are utilized (ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC). Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial advertising.

Under GDPR Articles 15 to 22 and KVKK Article 11, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction of processing of your personal data by contacting our official support email.

In general consumer transactions, the Buyer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (Art. 48) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Art. 9). However, only digital content, software, and licenses are sold on this platform. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, performance is deemed completed once the license key, access credentials, or installation files are delivered/transmitted to the Buyer. In this context, there is no right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund for digital products and licenses once delivery is completed.

Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts and Law No. 6502 ("contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer"); once the payment stage is completed and the software files (downloader.exe, etc.) and/or license key are transmitted to the user, the digital product is deemed delivered. Under no circumstances shall cancellation, return, or refund be granted for software whose delivery has been completed.

If the user device meets the minimum hardware requirements specified in Article 3, the HWID information has been successfully registered on the server, and the license payment is settled, the software is deemed delivered in full, non-defective condition. In the event that the software cannot be executed due to security settings on the user's computer, operating system corruptions, or hardware deficiencies, the Seller provides the necessary technical support; however, this situation shall under no circumstances be considered "defective goods / flawed performance" and does not grant any right of return. In environments that do not satisfy system requirements, full responsibility belongs exclusively to the user.

The physical disbursement of the amount to the Seller's bank/financial account in credit card transactions is subject to statutory provision and settlement periods. If the payment is cancelled, an unlawful chargeback (payment dispute) is initiated, or the funds fail to clear during or after this period, the license is immediately revoked and the user is placed on the Blacklist indefinitely. The Seller holds the unconditional authority to enforce necessary security and access-blocking measures via the management panel.

This Agreement is concluded electronically between the Service Provider and Seller (TIE TRADE YAZILIM SAN. VE TIC. Ltd. Şti.) and the natural or legal person purchasing specialized desktop software solutions, data automation systems, and digital license rights via the Seller's digital platforms (Buyer).

The subject matter of this Agreement is the determination of the mutual rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, terms of use, and digital license rights of specialized desktop software solutions, data automation systems, and digital license credentials ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's digital platforms.

3.1. Minimum Hardware and Operating System Requirements:
• Operating System: Strictly Microsoft Windows 10 / Windows 11 only (64-bit architecture). (Note: Non-Windows operating systems [macOS, Linux, etc.] are NOT supported.)
• Processor (CPU): Dual-core 2.0 GHz or higher (x86_64 architecture).
• Memory (RAM): Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• Storage: Minimum 500 MB free disk space (SSD recommended).
• Network Connection: Continuous and active internet connection for license validation, HWID sealing, and server communications.

3.2. Executable Binaries and Security Restrictions:
The software is compiled in directly executable binary architecture (downloader.exe, start.exe, etc.) requiring no additional external runtime or library installations. The Seller shall under no circumstances be held liable if file download, storage, or execution is blocked by operating system security mechanisms (Windows SmartScreen, Windows Defender), third-party antivirus software, firewalls, or internal organizational policies on the Buyer's computer. Granting necessary security privileges and defining whitelist exceptions is exclusively the Buyer's responsibility.

4.1. Strict Prohibition of Virtual Machines:
Running the software on virtual machines (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, etc.), sandbox environments, shared server pools, remote desktop (RDP) virtualizations, or emulators is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Upon detection of virtualized environments or multi-instance attempts, the license will be immediately and permanently revoked; legal, criminal, and civil proceedings will be initiated against the responsible parties under Copyright Law No. 5846 and the Turkish Penal Code.

4.2. Hardware Registration & Pre-Registration Lifecycle:
When the user completes the application form and executes the activation link, unique hardware sealing data (HWID) of the device is registered on the server. If the payment is not completed thereafter, temporary records are deleted after a certain period; however, the hardware fingerprint is retained in the security database. Re-registration from the same device after activation expiry may be technically restricted.

5.1. Credit Card Payments:
For credit card transactions, once bank approval is received, the system automatically activates the license and grants access to the download link. Credit card proceeds are subject to statutory settlement and clearance periods before crediting to the Seller's bank/finance account. If the payment is cancelled, subject to an unjustified chargeback, or fails to clear during or after this period, the license is immediately blocked and the user is placed on a permanent Blacklist. The Seller holds unconditional authority to execute security and access blocking measures via the admin management panel.

5.2. Bank Transfers (Wire / EFT / International Transfer):
For bank transfers, delivery is completed once the transferred amount physically clears in the Seller's official bank account followed by administrative approval. International bank transfers (SWIFT/SEPA) may require 2 to 3 business days for statutory banking clearance.

6.1. License Validity Term:
The software license is valid for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of activation. Licenses that are not renewed at the expiration of the 1-year period are automatically locked and software access is terminated.

6.2. Unauthorized Use and Security Violations:
Forcing software execution without license renewal, manipulating security mechanisms, or attempting reverse engineering is unlawful. In the event of such unauthorized actions, statutory sanctions and compensation proceedings will be executed immediately.

The software is provided with an official digital Code Signed certificate. Any copy obtained from sources other than the Seller's official platform, unsigned, uncertified, or with compromised integrity, is classified as "pirated software". All security vulnerabilities, data loss, and legal liabilities arising from using pirated software rest solely with the user. In case of pirated software detection, full criminal and civil legal actions will be enforced against unauthorized users as well as distributors.

8.1. Absence of Right of Withdrawal:
Pursuant to Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts and Law No. 6502 ("contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer"); the digital product is deemed delivered once the payment is completed and the software files (downloader.exe, etc.) and/or license key are provided to the user. No cancellation, return, or refund is provided under any circumstances for delivered software.

8.2. Device Compatibility & Defective Service Boundary:
If the Buyer's device satisfies the minimum hardware requirements stated in Article 3, the HWID data is recorded on the server, and the license fee is settled, the software is deemed delivered free of defects. Inability to run the software due to local security settings, operating system faults, or hardware deficiencies shall be supported technically by the Seller, but shall never constitute "defective goods / flawed performance" or grant any refund right. Total responsibility in non-compliant environments belongs to the user.

All source code, compiled binaries, algorithms, user interface designs, and architecture of the software are the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller under Law No. 5846, WIPO Copyright Treaties, and EU Software Directive 2009/24/EC. The Buyer acquires only a non-transferable, non-exclusive, 1-year limited license to use. Decompilation, reverse engineering, unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

Turkish Law shall apply to all disputes arising from the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within statutory monetary limits shall have jurisdiction; Mersin Commercial Courts and Enforcement Directorates have exclusive jurisdiction over commercial disputes.

By completing the order and proceeding through payment and activation, the Buyer irrevocably declares, accepts, and covenants that they have thoroughly read, understood, and consented to all provisions, system requirements, and license terms of this Agreement. This Agreement enters into force upon electronic approval.

Purchased software packages are delivered electronically in directly executable binary architecture (downloader.exe, start.exe, etc.), along with activation links and validation credentials. Delivery is made to the Buyer's registered email and/or customer web portal. No physical media is shipped.

For credit card payments, the system automatically activates the account and opens the download link immediately upon bank approval. For bank transfers (Wire/EFT/SWIFT/SEPA), delivery is completed once the transferred amount physically clears in the Seller's bank account followed by admin approval (international clearance may take 2 to 3 business days).

The Buyer acknowledges that the software runs exclusively on 64-bit Windows 10/11, cannot be operated within virtual machines or shared server environments, and that the Buyer is solely responsible for whitelisting the software in Windows Defender, SmartScreen, and third-party antivirus utilities.

Server-side transmission of device HWID, SMTP delivery logs, and network transaction timestamps constitute conclusive legal proof of fulfillment under Law No. 5651 and eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014).
